Salon Policies
*Any services priced at 50.00 and over will require a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable towards another client or service.
* You are allotted a 15min grace period if you are running late. Anything after, your appointment will be canceled and it is up to you to reschedule your appointment.
*Any no call/cancellations will require a full payment (pre payment) prior to booking any future services (this includes haircuts)
*Due to Covid and limited seating we only allow the client being serviced in the room. We have available seating in the waiting area, however the salon is designated for the stylist and the client being serviced. This includes additional children not being serviced. Parents of children (being serviced) 10 & under are welcome.
*Hair is to be detangled to a manageable state prior to being serviced. Hair that has been in a protective style ( braids, sew-in ect) needs to be combed out and detangled before the appointment. Failure to do will result in an extra service charge or a reschedule at the stylist discretion. This includes children.
