Salon Policies
*Any services priced at 50.00 and over will require a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable towards another client or service.
*All new clients or a client that has not been serviced by me within the last 90 days will be considered a new client and will require a deposit
* You are allotted a 15min grace period if you are running late. Anything after, your appointment will be canceled and it is up to you to reschedule your appointment.
*No Show and Late Cancellation Policy
Day-before cancellations
Cancellations made on the calendar day before the scheduled appointment are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the total service price.
Same-day cancellations
Cancellations made on the same calendar day as the appointment are subject to a fee equal to 90% of the total service price.
Rescheduling requirement
Any applicable cancellation fee must be paid before any rescheduling can be
accommodated. Rescheduled appointments are not confirmed until the fee is received.
*Hair is to be detangled to a manageable state prior to being serviced. Hair that has been in a protective style ( braids, sew-in ect) needs to be combed out and detangled before the appointment. Failure to do will result in an extra service charge or a reschedule at the stylist discretion. This includes children.
